What we collect
When you join a waitlist, we collect your email address and the timestamp of submission. When you make a purchase (processed by our payment provider), your billing details are handled by that provider — we receive only order confirmation data. We do not run analytics tracking beyond server access logs.
How we use it
Waitlist emails are used only to notify you when the specific product you joined the waitlist for becomes available. We do not use them for unrelated marketing. Purchase data is used for order fulfilment and support only.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Gumroad) only to the extent required to process your transaction.
Cookies
dplab.store does not use tracking cookies. We may use a session cookie if you are logged into a purchase portal, but no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies are set.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@dplab.store. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Data retention
Waitlist emails are deleted when the product launches or is discontinued. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for accounting compliance.
